I can’t believe that it is November all ready. It is going by so fast. It is almost 2006. The leaves are turning where I live. It is so beautiful out. There are layers and layers of color in the landscape. I have now collected 9 volumes of D.N Angel Manga and I really like it. I am still collecting the Anime but I have not finished buying them yet, Yukitu Sugisaki is an amazing artist and a fabulous story teller.

I am excited because in a couple of weeks Harry Potter the movie is going to be out, I am really looking forward to seeing it. ^_^

On Fred’s site today he was talking about the term Manga that we web comic artists are inspired by Japanese Manga and Anime. You will notice that I call my page an on-line Manga. (Please read Fred’s rant on the term Manga.) Everything Fred say’s is right. My style is not true Japanese manga because it is in color. But I have been inspired by Japanese Anime more then Japanese Manga’s. I try to mimic the color and bright style that defines Japanese Anime in my work. If you love and are inspired by Japanese Anime and Manga’s you are a part of that Japanese Anime scene in your country. Better yet we are part of a worldwide community that loves and is inspired by Japanese Anime and Japanese culture. So why can we not use the term Manga? Why get lost in the word. I think it a beautiful thing that art can cross boarders and make a difference to so many. Like the word Novel, there are so many different kinds from so many different country’s,  Manga can be used to describe a style. Just like a fiction Novel describes a style or a kind of writing.
